Once payment is confirmed, goods will be dispatched same day or the next working day for orders received after hours, on weekends and public holiday.
EezNeez Workwear is pleased to offer you FREE RETURNS within Australia. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, simply return it to us for a full refund or exchange for alternate size.
Please follow the procedure below.
- Goods must be in original condition—not worn or used, washed, marked or damaged and must include all tags and packaging.
- Please complete the RETURNS AUTHORISATION FORM (RA) explaining the reason for your return, if you require another size please include the size you wish to exchange for. EezNeez Workwear will then email you a FREE RETURNS LABEL.
- When packing your garment for return, please ensure that garment is laid flat and not folded or rolled through knee pad. Pack all items in a carton and tape securely. Attach the Free Returns Label that was emailed to you to the outside of this carton. (Please stick the returns label directly on top of the original mailing label if using the original carton).
- Take your prepaid returns carton to your local post office for Free Return.
- Your refund will be processed or your alternate size will be dispatched when your return is received by EezNeez Workwear. Please allow approximately one week for the processing of your return, and your issuing bank may take an additional billing cycle to apply the credit to your card / account.
- Returns that do not follow the above procedures will not be accepted.
